Kale Smoothie

Ok. Now I’m hip. Green smoothies. Kale, coconut water, banana, berries, plain yogurt. Can’t believe how good it is.

  1. Not bad.. I make almost the same thing in the morning, but not too much veggies 😉 I gotta start adding Kale to mine. I like adding Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein Hi Fiber from Amazon, and also I have been using non-sweetened coconut milk instead of coconut water. Probably not as nutritious as coconut water, but a little cheaper for the student life style!
