If you’re suffering from heel pain, don’t ignore it! The most common cause of heel pain is Plantar Fasciitis, which can take you out of commission for weeks or even months. Aggressive preventive measures will help prevent future suffering. There are four things you can do for your foot: rest, stretch, ice, and take anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen to reduce swelling. Avoid activities you think might be causing your heel pain and begin a stretching routine.
