My first at home video contains all the essential elements of a strength workout. It works major muscle groups in the back, chest, hips/glutes, legs, and core. Cardio and agility exercises make it a great high intensity workout. Modify to your level – tested to be a challenge for a thirty year old fit guy as well as doable for a 60-something, hasn’t -done strength -training-in-a long-time, grandmother.
