Strength Workout 4 To Do At Home

Check out my new workout! Strength Workout 4 includes range-of-motion/warm-up exercises, a 24 minutes high-intensity full-body workout with balance and stretching exercises at the end. Workout is great for all levels, every exercise can be modified for beginners, seniors, or 30 year-olds, anyone who wants to get stronger.

These functional fitness exercises will build muscle as well as help with movement in everyday life activities. The strength workout is 8 exercises. There are 4 circuits, 2 exercises in each circuit. For 6 minutes, you perform each circuit, doing the exercises at your own pace (AMRAP as many rounds as possible), then move to the next circuit and repeat. Without built-in rest periods, it can be a challenging workout or beginners can slow the pace down resting between exercises.

You’ll need one heavier and one lighter weight, and floor space free of obstacles; ideas below for objects to use from home if you don’t have dumbbells.
