Check out my new workout! Strength Workout 5 includes range-of-motion/warm-up exercises, a 24 minute high-intensity full-body workout with balance and stretching exercises at the end. The workout is great for all levels, every exercise can be modified for beginners, seniors, or 30 year-olds, anyone who wants to get stronger.
The strength workout is 12 exercises. 2 exercises are presented at a time and performed in 6 circuits. Beginners can move at your own pace, take extra rest when needed, until strength and stamina develop. Without built in rests, this workout can be challenging by picking up the pace.

Equipment needed is two medium to heavy weights, a mat, and cleared floor space around you. The video gives ideas for objects to use from home if you don’t have dumbbells.
